Return Policy

At Sunjammers, we stand behind the gear we carry and want you to love what you buy. Because many of our items are adventure-ready and limited-run, most purchases are considered final sale. However, we do accept returns on select items under the following guidelines:

Clothing

We accept returns on clothing within 7 days of purchase, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. No exceptions beyond 7 days.

Shoes

Shoes may be returned within 7 days of purchase, but they must not show any signs of wear. That means no scuffs, creases, or marks — just like they came off the shelf.

Kayaks

All kayak sales are final. Due to the nature of paddlesports equipment and logistics, we do not accept returns on kayaks.

Sunglasses

Sunglasses are final sale. We encourage you to visit us in-store so our team can help you choose the best fit and style before purchasing.
