WHAT IS SUNJAMMERS RETURN POLICY?
We will take returns of items purchased up to 14 days after purchase. We can not take back used, installed or altered items. Parts must be resalable and in their original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice, or sales receipt with the return. We do not require a return authorization number but notification by phone or e-mail prior to returning items. Sunjammers reserves the right to refuse any return if we find it has been used, installed, or is not resalable.. Shipping charges will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for shipment back to Sunjammers. There will be a 12% restocking fee, unless the return is a warranty issue or due to manufacturer’s defects.

We use UPS ground and USPS priority, if you need your items faster please make arrangements with us, at the time you place your order. Extra shipping charges may apply.
Do you ship outside the US?
We do ship worldwide, however our online cart only figures shipping for the lower 48 states. You will be contacted about any additional shipping before we process your order.
IS YOUR ONLINE PRICING UP TO DATE?
We strive to keep our online prices current, however; prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a discrepancy between the online price quote and the actual price of an item, we will contact you before any charges are made to your card.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can add items to, subtract items from, or cancel any order as long as it is done before we ship it, this excludes special order items.
