Sunjammers is owned by Brad Stephens.  We now offer an online store so you can shop from anywhere in the world, but we also maintain an "real" shop in Panama City Beach.  So come by and play with all the toys today!.

Brad Stephens started sailing the summer of the third grade on a Sunfish sailboat his father borrowed from a friend.  He advanced to a Hobie 16 catamaran a few years later and never looked back.  When he turned sixteen he started a beach rental service, Stephens Beach Service, renting two Hobie Cats and one Sunfish in Panama City Beach, Florida.  In June of 1999 Sunjammers was formed and became an Authorized Hobie Cat Dealer after Brad saw a need for parts for his rental fleet and he saw a regional market demand developing.  In 2000 he also secured the Vanguard and Hunter Marine sailboat dealerships and grew his beach service to include chair rentals, parasailing, banana boats, kayaks, jet ski's, and of course Hobie Waves and Getaways.  In the summer of 2005 the Front Beach Road shop was sold for redevelopment, including the condo where the beach service was located.  After a summer of working from a cell phone and storage shed, Sunjammers moved into the current location which has proved to be much more profitable.
